Use a little common sense here... probably up to 8000*,, no one would say anything... But if you drive down the street with Blue, Purple or Green.. etc. headlights,, chances are VERY good you're gonna get a ticket.
Headlamps (by most traffic codes) usually say to project a white light/beam, visible for XXX feet.
Again,, you all know what a heaplampp is and what its purpose is. When U spend your hard earned money for something you KNOW is illegal and install it to be different or impress your friends,, don't bitch or act all innocent when you get an equipment ticket. If you do,, chalk it up to "the cost of doing business."
