Default Longer stud bolts

Alot of members have been asking me where to get longer stud bolts. I also remember what a ***** it was to find info on the stud size and where to get them.

So I decided to post some pics of the longer stud bolts I used for my spacers. You'll see in these pics why you need them when you use spacers.

Here's the comparison

In this pic you see how much more thread the bolt on the left has than the stock bolt on the right. Exactly 1/2 inch more thread

Here is what the bottom looks like. When changing bolts, you should hammer in at least half of the vertical threads in to the hub before using an open end bolt to fully get them in. If you don't you'll strip the thread

Hopefully this helps y'all wanting to use spacers
Here's where I bought them

1984-2009 Corvette C4 C5 C6 WHEEL STUD BOLT LONGER 54mm: eBay Motors (item 260560118621 end time Nov-23-10 17:10:50 PST)

The fronts are easy. The rear is a pain cuz the whole axle has to be taken apart. I'm rear discs btw
