Help best car system for a 06 4 door Cobalt LS

I wanna know whats the best car radio head, amp, and speakers to give my chevy cobalt a nice BANG in the car and outside the car...I really want the best of the best and i would love to know what works best in a 2006 chevy cobalt 4 door LS.
