HID on projectors

I read your general stuff, and i have been told that putting HID in a gen 3 set up is different from oem. i have installed on oem, no prob. Is there any differences installing in a gen 3 set up compared to oem?

im sure there are differences because the lights are different and it uses different bulbs but im sure ud be ok putting them in

clamps on teh 3rd gens wont hold the 900X bulb in snug like it would compared to its proper bulb type
