stock amp

Is it possible to replace the stock amp and still keep the stock head unit? Id probably have to find one with line level inputs right?

from my understanding it is possible but it is a big undertaking and not worth the hassle

Yes you can, not sure where the stock amp is at. Yes it needs to have line level inputs.

Personally I wouldnt think it would be that much of a pain in the ass really, but then again I've wired up all my systems and quite a few for my buddies, including wiring up a full system into a 1975 toyota pickup that had only an AM and 1 speaker.
