Default what are you guys runnin for a system?

i jus recent got a 2007 cobalt ls and is lacking in the stereo department.. was going to up grade all the speakers to kicker or infinity.. and do 2 12"s what can the stock charging system handle? id like to see your guys installs also .. thanks russ

Ive got all the stock door speakers but 2 12" MTX terminators in the trunk..rattles the s*** outa the car..

You really only need one sub-woofer for the space inside that car, this coming from the guy that used to run 2 800w rms Pioneer Premiers in a box that barely fit in the trunk space. I'm now running the stock Pioneer 7 speaker system, its a lot clearer than what I had in my old LT.

My advice is to get a good 4 way amp for the doors and deck, some quality 2-way door speakers and 3-way rear decks. Then grab a decent amp and sub that wont take up much space like the Pioneer shallow mounts.

Unless of course you want ground shaking bass, then I actually have my old system for sale

yea i think im only gona run one sub the more i think about it. and as far as quailty goes for the speakers in the car what do you guys think of kicker 6x9s and kicker 5.25 .. for the doors...jus wonderin but what do u want for the premiers yellow eye?

the fronts are 6.5

and i think the minimum necessary system is 2 15s.... LOL
