Default Hood Pins/Drilling through CF??

so I recent swapped hoods...and although it latches perfectly, the hood does flex and waver and i dont want it flying off as i'm driving down the road...

so that being said, I orderered these hood pins:Click Me

now when they arrive and it comes time for install, what is the most effectove way of drilling the holes in the hood without cracking the cf?

or am i just worrying needlessly?

Shouldn't crack the cd if you make a hole at a perfect straight down angle...even than...just do it right, should be any issues...just make sure u measure twice drill once...
