How to get out swirl scratches?

Does anyone have some tips to remove some light swirl scratches? There's like 4 or 5 small ones -- mostly on the passenger side and a bit on the hood, maybe from washing. Hard to tell what caused it. It's usually not too noticeable since my Cobalt is gray/silver but in the sunlight it's pretty obvious.

A clay bar kit should be enough.

Silver car complaining about swirls, epic lulz. But really though Meguires Scratch X is awesome but if you need to do the entire car just claybar it and everything.

i think i used the claybar wrong because i couldnt see/feel a difference in the paint when i clayd mine lol
