Question ss spoiler fit on a 4 door ls in place of factory spoiler???

I need to know if i buy a SS Wing Spoiler, will it fit on my 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS 2.2L 4-door Sedan in place of my factory spoiler without drilling new holes, or maybe one or two holes, just nothing big please!
