hey guys so what is the best and cheapest way to tune my 2008 cobalt sedan?

are you looking to tune or add performance? tuning will free up horsepower and give you better gas mileage, but if you're looking to add much more power AND adding MPG's, then bolt on's and THEN a tune is what you need.

keep in mind that adding a tune will probably only increase your mpg's by 1 or 2 mpg, and it's 300 bucks. think about how long that 300 will take you to recover if you're already getting 33 mpg's....

the only thing i have on it is an intake and i was reading on this thread to tune my car so i can get both HP and MPG...

Yes tuning do mpg through a trifecta tune.
