Default LE5 Valve springs

I've been looking into all the information of taking care of my engine once I have my zzp stage 3 installed and was wondering if anyone could find any specs for the valve springs currently installed in the LE5 VVT? And I was also wondering how difficult it was to change them, if any special tools were required?

Have you ever changed valve springs in any other car? You will need a valve spring compressor. If you don't know what you are doing I don't suggest messing with these. They require a specific preload as do all engines to operate correctly.
