Default Sleeving and Oversize Pistons

I was wondering if its possible to sleeve the Cylinders of a Ecotec?? and is there High performance Pistons out there for these engines?? cuz i heard the ectoec Engines have integeral cylinders which would make it probably more expensive then the whole engine to get machined??? LOL ?? any one
