airbox mod?

i saw it a couple days ago, work was in the way so i haven't been on here but glad im back though .

so i know i have to remove the headlight assembly and that little black thingy (i'm guessing the headlight mount where the headlight sits in) now this part im stuck on, how do i remove the silencer? i read it and i seen it but i'm lost. (noob question but better off to be safe) and how does it come out? i seen the pics and that silencer is pretty big.

would i need to remove the silencer if i already have an intake?

nah...its a noise thing
unless your intake isnt a shortram...then no.

yea is a K&N Typhoon 69 series Short Ram got it installed last week.
I didn't know what to do with the airbox so i left it there

you mean the resonator, thats fine., i worded it wrong...short ram = leave it alone or remove it...the other intake style you need to remove it, since thats where the new filter goes.

i meant the air silencer, i just removed the airbox
