Default Buying a used Cobalt

I am looking to buy a 2010 Cobalt and I found one at a used car dealer. It's a Black 2010 Chevy Cobalt Sedan 2LT. It has 24,156 miles and it pretty much has everything. Cruise control, OnStar, Sunroof, Pioneer 7 speaker system, leather heated seats, USB port, Auxiliary jack, steering wheel controls, real spoiler, bluetooth, keyless entry.. the price is $16,590. What does everyone think about the price? I think it's a little high since I saw one just like this one that already had been sold, that only had 11,000 miles and it was $13,000. Granted I don't know what the history with that vehicle was. Seemed like a good deal with $13k. Is $16,590 too much for this car? If so, what should it be priced around?

Its not to far from bluebook, but there's no way in hell I'd spend that much on it. Thats to close to SS price ranges. Just to let you know, mine's an 07, bought it in 07 with 21,000 miles on it for 8000
