Ok got my ccfl in today but ordered it with only one ballast. So can I order just about any ballast for my other headlight or just splice a wire in to make the passenger ccfl hook up across the car into the driver side ballast..Shouldn't matter that much to just splice a 4 foot piece of wire in. Or does someone have a ballast for sale.

You would have wire in the second headlight into the circuit in Parallel which would draw more amperage. More than likely more than the ballast can support.
