well if thats the case you could run a switch off those fuses for more convienence instead of pulling them.

I've called the closest dealer and they have no clue where to even start looking I was hoping someone could tell me where the problem might be from experience.

No they are on constanly and no at the chevy dealer seems to know what is going on with them. I read an article on another site that said it might be the fuse box anyone think it is possible?

I took the car to the dealer and they said it was a problem with the bcm. That is located on the passengers side behide the kick panel right.
