flag in the wind

hey guys, new to the site. i just bought an 07 cobalt ls 5speed on friday. not a bad car but when im on the highway the thing feels like a flag in the wind compared to my GTP. what are the best mods to help this problem on this car?

is that the biggest improvment? if i lower it i dont want to drop too much, what spring is a mild drop?
and how much lower are the sc springs from the ls springs?

Einach profit or SS/tc springs rear sway bar as well

i would drop it probably no more than 2 in. like 1.5 front and 2 on back since the back is alittle heigher than front
