Front end popping really hard when I go across a speed bump

I lowered the car about 2k miles ago, I didnt change the shocks, but I didnt lower the car very much at all. I was going across a speed bump tonight and noticed a nice popping sound. The front end was just rebuilt this week at the dealership. Are my springs bad? It sounded like them... Ideas?

I had this problem too, but you would never guess the culprit...broken wheel stud

in your case maybe your shocks are blown

or endlinks, or lca bushings/sway bar bushings. all things to check

i know i have it and its the sway bar bushings.

but when i first started getting noises its cuz my strut bar wasnt tightened all the way down i had to use an air gun to get it tight as it would go
