Halo projector problem?

I've been havin some problems with my gen 1 projectors and was wondering if there is a place that can repair them?

For the right side headlight the rings on one side wont light up but the 3 led are on. On the left headlight the rings are flickering.

Here is a walk through for changing the rings to CCFL.
I did mine because I bought my lights used and the rings were out.

Sounds like a wiring problem...

That what a friend of mine that owns an ss said but i wanna make sure that they still work before i can find some one tto fix them if there broke.
