Intro & where to get parts online

Hey guys. I'm new here obviously. Great to have these forums around!

I have an '09 Cobalt LS XFE. So far my only mods are... tint and debadging lol.

I'm looking for some halo projector headlights for my balt. Where do you guys go to get them at the best price online? Not just headlights, but any other parts as well. I'm looking to do a few mods on it

Also, should I get rims online or should I get them at a custom shop near my location? I'm looking for rims that are like black/red or gunmetal/red (if that's possible?..)

Also looking for a spoiler. The tuner style one is the one I'm interested in but once again my question is where is my best bet to look online for the best price?

a lot of times local classifies ads are a great place to find. other members here selling or even ebay. for any part for get prices locally and compare to online. buy the lowest price. rims and tires often you can go to a wheel shop and get a better deal then it costs to ship such an item ... again research is your best friend tho

I've been looking a lot online but I just want to make sure I had an opinion before I went and shelled out some money, ya know? I just found a great deal on the headlights on eBay so I'm happy. looking for a spoiler now. Just changed my mind I wanna go with the high-rise instead of the tuner. looks more natural on the car to me IMO

yea definately check prices before you buy, don't just throw money into something you don't know much about(not sayin you don't).
