Default Passenger side headlight has water in it...

Ugh, the car has 18k on it and already has water in it... Is this common? The car see's very little freeway driving. My wife does 99% city driving. Can I go and get GM to warranty it? If not I found a set of black projector LED's for 110.00 local.
