Default swapping ECUs?

Does anyone know if it's possible to swap out the ECU on a 2007 cobalt ls to the ECU on an SS? Looking for something more sport tuned and less economic. Any suggestions?

unfortunately, i live in ohio. my last name just happens to be orlando haha. but thanks for the offer. what type of tuning would i need? i have some of the basics for bolt on, i.e. intake, exhaust.
also, i've looked into trifecta before but i couldn't really get a straight answer as to what exactly it is, where they are located, or how much it would cost
