hey sup i was wondering I kno the cobalts have drive by wire or whatever there called throttles that send a signal to the comouter = Big Throttle delay is there any way too tune these for better response?? i was thinking of chipping it?? any one???

yes, it is drive by wire. the PCM is tuned to gradually open the bore and it is limited. I adjusted mine so it opens 100% and with immediate response. I wish I were a little more knowledgeable on the matter but that should answer your question.

i grounded out my throttle body

grounded it out? yeah the delay is like 5 seconds on l61's i think very annoying
