Default Whats the normal temperature on a Cobalt

Hi,

I currently own a 2006 Chevy Cobalt and since the first day I bought it the temperature has been between 190°-200°.

Is the normal temperature on these cars? I was under the impression that cars should run at 180°.

Thanks

thats normal, I want to say they should have a 190 thermostat in them. If you idle at a drive threw you might go a little over 190.

it's normal to see temps up to 207*F nothing to worry about. I usually run from 185 normal highway to 205 in traffic

Start worrying when you see 230+, mine hit 220 when I ran her hard last summer in TN with 100* temps.
