Ading a turbo charger

Hey all, I have a '07 SS S/C, and I am just wondering if the Ecotec Engine can handle having both a S/C and a T/C eqipped onto it, and if so... What will I have to change or add in order to add on the T/C. Thanks!!

twincharged? not many that i know of running them b/c its inefficient. rid yourself of the s/c and a single big turbo
