Default Autometer C2 Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge

I want to hookup one in my 2006 chevrolet cobalt ss supercharged. Does anyone know how to do this? Has anyone here done it yet?

Its a full wideband kit. The wires are red, black, brown, blue and blue/black. A Total of five wires.
