After welding it yeah, any warranty you may of had is toast now.

Im just thinking its going to be more flexible. thats what seems to be the problem, if the weld broke that fast.

I went and got it TIG welded again. It was split in two spots this time. Seems to be holding up now. I also turned the boost down to 19psi, it was set at 25psi.
