Reverse Lights

I have been having problems with my reverse lights on my 2005 Cobalt SS Supercharged. When I checked the main fuse box, my power tester indicates that full power is being sent to the reverse lights. But when I tested the plug at the reverse lights, the power is less than half and not enough to operate the lights. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

I am having same problem and I would love some details in getting this fixed without going to dealer. Please anyone that can help me, please message me some info and I will send my contact info. I have to get this fixed, now.
