Default What exhaust size.

Working on getting an LSJ and wanted to know what size exhaust you guys are running.
I have a 2.5" ss manderal bent exhaust now and I'm thinking it will be fine but wanted some opinions.
Here are the plans if I get the LSJ:

OTTP stage 1 kit
zzp intercooler
CAI of some sort (not decided on yet).

No TVS here. I'm just looking at getting about 230-260 nothing major. Maybe a header/dp in the future.

the 2.5" exhaust will be fine...i wouldnt recommend 3" unless ur 300hp+ even than, if its close to 300hp u may be loosing a lot of the low end fun to gain a little high end

Thats what I thought but thanks for the response. Do the downpipes you sell have any CEL issues? I would need a catted one. What header do you recommend too?

the DP's we use come with a high flow magnaflow cat, they will not trip a CEL and are 49state legal. as far as a header to work with out DP, i would say get the SS one on ebay,

that one...damn good deal if you ask me

No need to go over 2.5", in fact. I just used stock piping b/c it is 2.5" and replaced resonator with a glass pack and muffler with a borla. Same damn thing as an exhaust and only like $150
