How to Re-Mount the center piece of door panels when taken off

how in the hell do you pop that little black part on the inside of the arm rest on the door?

Push the tab in with a screwdriver and pull-up at the sametime.
The one part of the tab will break. Once it does it's easier to get out.

The screws wouldn't stay glued to the door panel for me
