Default Vibration- Dont think its wheels?

I've got a 2007 cobalt lt I recently got for cheap that has some 17 inch rims (forget the brand, they were bought at discount tire) and kuhmo ecsta ast tires and its got a bit of vibration around 50 to 60 worse around 57ish. Anyways I had the wheels and tires balanced and rotated at discount tire and its still there. Any ideas. its rather annoying

Car has 19k miles wheels have 10.

Do the wheels have hub-centric rings?
I had the same problem and it was because I didn't have hub-centric rings, got them on ebay and the problem is gone now

btw post some pics of your car

Do they also vibrate when you push the brakes?

You can see the hub-centric ring in this pic, its the blue piece in the middle.

Well, check if you have the hub-centric rings.
