2. "How to Request Sub Category" so people can post threads there about what they would like to learn how to do and we can discuss and brainstorm the steps and one of us do the write up and take pics. but still be separate from actual approved how to's in order to keep it easy to find threads in the How to section

3. make me a mod

It is a work in progress. I can tell you all that it looks great right now. It is being tweaked though.
