noice again.....pretty good for 18-55... wait until you get something like a 70-200mm or something around that range....it opens up all kinds of new shots...

www.kenrockwell.com for recemmendations

I have used tamron and sigma brand lens..they are pretty cheap...i cant tell a difference in image quality between tamron/sigma vs. the kit lens

SIGMA 70-300mm APO-M DG Lens

Tamron AF 75-300MM F4.0-5.6 LD Macro SLR Lens

i have used the tamron on a canon rebels xsi and the sigma on a nikon d40....you can find them pretty cheap online....

i'm not good, i have just done a lot of research trying to get into some photography... www.thephotoforum.com, they are really helpful in the beginner section over there...
