check your fuel pump. bet you there is no fuel pressure on your fuel rail. and what temperature was it out when you took the video.

maybe stock injector with stg 2 cam are not enough

ya i bet you anything your fuel pump is on its way out. i've seen tons of cars act that way (not on the cobalt, but other gm's) and they all turned out to be the fuel pump.

shit forgot you had the stg2 cams. ya i would have bumped up the injectors and did you get a retune for the cams when winter hit.

i don't know much about tuning yet or the cams all i know is you will need bigger injectors and 2 tunes, one summer and one winter

i already start my car a -35c w/o the sound i m talking about but this is happen since my cam stg2 are installed.

it maybe not the best mod for nordic climat
