thanks! yes, I did get a carfax, and another print out from someone that does the same thing but looks through auctions too and what not.... this car was just a repo, and I got lucky its got the factory warranty (which I double checked with the dealer, VIN numbers match to a remaining warranty) and eligibility to buy the extended warranty xD

as far as my Impala goes... had to replace the transmission, guy gave me the wrong one that I installed myself.... gave me the one that was from a side collision rather than the rollover.... she worked good the day I brought her to the dealer... the motor was nice but the transmissions were weak...

speaking of which, which trans model comes with the cobalts?
