yeah if you dont know how to then dont try it at all. its not for beginners. i work at a auto paiting place as a detailer and i can say i still fuck up paint but atleast there it can be fixed.. buffing blending and wetsanding is a bitch. but its my job

biggest thing when buffing is you have to keep the buffer moving. The pads and compound make a difference too.

When I removed my emblems and side trim, I used Turtle Wax buffing compound worked quite well.
