goo gone worked perfect for me. i took off the vinyl easily with a hair dryer and this stuff in 50 degree weather. Worked great.

when i removed the dealer emblem off my car i just used a clay bar kit to get off the remaining glue

you can use laqur thinner just make sure to be carefull when your using it and then buff it out when your done.
