I never did it but know others that have and it makes a difference.
But have installed the Speed sway on the rear and it makes a good difference.
The rear is easy to do.
Come spring i'll likely be doing the shocks. She bottoms out and hits the bump stops a lot. So it will be getting Koni's likely.
