Default Hook up Optionb bleeder line to CXR H/E

First Remove CXR 15lb pressure cap from H/E

Remove the inner rubber seal from the pressure release cap and drill holes through the bottom metal flange. Be careful not to drill right through the cap.

Now put a 3/8 hose on the overflow nipple under the filler neck on the CX. Take the 1/4 bleeder line from Option b tank, insert the .040" orifice into the line then a brass 1/4 to 3/8 adapter or just the brass fitting that comes with the option b kit. Connect the 1/4 bleeder line to the 3/8 line from the H/E.

Replace the cap onto the H/E. Fill the option b tank, start the car, check for leaks. After running the car for a few min you should see fluid trickling into the surge tank via the bleeder line.

There, the whole process took me five min.
