Default OBD II data logger for PC

What tool are people using to look at their realtime data and logs? I am wanting a tool and software that will enable me to capture freezeframe data when codes are set and also use it as a realtime diagnostic tool. Resetting of codes would be nice too

Link if you have one would be great

Just for those features? Theres no point for me to buy a whole HPTuners suite for just the reading side of it. Its pretty spendy anyways.

EDIT: They want 400 for the cheap one, I know there are units out for less than that.

Thats why I am wanting a PC interface, so I can view a lot at one time. I've found a few for less than $100 without software. Software ranges from freeware to 150 ish

An interceptor is like 350.

Ouch tech 2 is $4000...I think not lol

Snapon is just a hand held, didnt see any PC connectable units....and cost was above 250.

Same with Matco

I'm talking about units like these:

http://www.scantool.net/obdlink-ci.html

My dad bought one when he had his 96 olds cutlass, haven't been able to get ahold of him to ask which one and where he bought his.

Kinda hesitant on these last 2 units as the price is so low:
