i took off the bumper looked at everything and had to cut the air hole for the a/c condensor on the front to 3/4 of an inch from the front.
i had to move my 2nd horn behind the brace to give the filter more room.

i also notched the headlight brace so i could make the filter straight. lined up really nice

i then laid it in there and it is really really tight and tried it w the filler opening to the left and there was no way to mount it at all w the fins on the side so i put it on the right and it would fit

i then slightly tap bent the end of the fins to match the bumper angle and then loosened the whole bumper and took out the inner bolts and slid the heat exchanger between the bumper and the frame and leveled it and then took a drill and started the holes.
pulled it off and then drilled the holes and made them slightly larger.
put it back on and then ran the bolt thru and it all fit great but
it was like 1/8 inch from the a/c condensor on the passenger side
so
i added a 1/8 inch thick washer between the frame and bumper frame and it made the space just right
this was way to easy and it is right in the middle of the hole and easy to get to everything.

latest video of a run w the cat gutted
i now have a 2.5 inch downpipe w gutted cat and mandrel bent back to the muffler
so this will open it up more

as soon as it goes on then i am getting it dynoed at Cobbs
here was at 12 15 on 1-16-10 w a pipe thru a cat so no cat.
