Default Open Letter with heatedseatkits.com

So I ordered two replacement control modules for my heated seats off their website to replace the ones I blew up by accident, here is an open letter with the company and my responses...

Only customers who purchased the product before are able to purchase the parts for that particular model. Did you purchase a seat heater from our website before under a different name or address? Thank you for your prompt response.

Best Regards,

After I sent a reply back with the link to the E-Bay link I purchased them from you, I was informed their e-mail box was full.

How can we go about rectifying this problem? Thanks in advance.

I'll have one shipped to you. We need the ebay item number, so we can ship you the correct module.

Thank you and have a great day!

So the item number would be "3D320358327324". I also need two controllers, one for each seat since they both went. I see the listing has expired, but it is the four screw module if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Please ship the defective controllers to

A factory technician will inspect the parts. Unfortunately we will only replace defective parts.

As I said earlier, I wish to purchase two of these units as they failed due to faulty wiring not faulty craftsmanship; So there is no need to RMA anything, I've already thrown the units out anyway. You may send the PayPal invoice for the parts back to this same e-mail address, thanks and have a great day!

Please submit a ticket

Please let them know you threw out the parts and you want replacements. I hope this will help.

Thank you and have a great day!

I went to great lengths to find these parts out of the garbage and am ready to put some negative reputation out for the company as this is far too much work to go through to fix a simple mistake on my part.

Since you are from the sales department and our whole conversation is about a sales related topic, you should be able to help me, not? Thanks.

Hello,

This is heatedseatkits.com, we do not have any customers under the name of Ryan Louden or under his canadian zipcode of S0K2T0. You can actually visit our website at http://www.heatedseatkits.com and click on the track and confirm link. As you can see we have no customers under the name of Ryan Louden or using his postal code. We have a great warranty program that is covered for two years, you can actually visit the URL link below to see our great warranty program...

http://www.autowarm.com/rma/

We never get problems with the control modules, and he has two defective ones which is very rare. Also there is no such ebay auction id 3D320358327324, they are always numbers and there is a "D" inside. This post sounds like it is from a competitor as warranty parts, you do not need to buy them as they are free to replace or he must have purchased from another company.
