Default blinker clicky sound/seat belt alarm and left speaker issues & power steering recall

Just recently I had noticed that blinkers didn't make their blinkie blink sound, my seat belt light didn't ding and my left speaker was out. Then one day they all kicked back in. Then they all kicked back out. Now it's random who decides to go out-- one, two or all.

Got any ideas? <scratching head> I'm a little perplexed by this. Has anyone experienced this before?

Also, I have been having issues getting the power steering recall fixed on my car. I have contacted my dealership only to get the run around on getting this done. Any ideas?

Ya know, my factory radio did some funny stuff, it would work then it wouldn't, and I had really bad luck with the factory speakers in the front, but as soon as I changed out the speakers, both were blown, and changed the radio, I hav'nt had any problem. Probably the radio.
But the seat belt light not dinging is a good thing. I unhooked mine under the seat.

Yep because I got a letter earlier this summer about the power steering problem and that I would be contacted when the parts came in. Then about a month ago I get a letter about the Recall. That is when I got in contact with my dealership and now getting the run around. They won't put me in touch with the people I need to speak about replacing the parts. Sigh. It's frustrating to say the least because I have a lengthy road trip ahead of me at the end of the month.
