Why didn't our Humvee's have A/C in '04? Because we're the Marine Corps. Haha...

We had to Velcro Sheets of Armor onto our Humvee's.

All we had were your basic Humvee's. No armor... no nothing. Didn't even have Turret Shields.

if you put the whole can in that's your problem. there's a certain pressure that its supposed to be at. if you go above that pressure by putting in the whole can you can seize your compressor. also when you were putting in the new ac coolant did you have your ac set to max to get the ac clutch engaging.

Cobalt AC systems only use .9lbs of R134a.....if you put in a whole can, that means you put in .75lbs, so unless your system was almost completely empty you are now overcharged, its well worth the money to get the AC serviced properly
