Default diagnostic readings

so i just hooked my CAN OBD 2 code reader, to check my check engine light.
the readings were p 0010, p 0011, c 0300, and 2 N/A. i know what the two P's mean(though i have no idea what to do) but i cant find the "c" one means. its not in the book of, your car is messed up definitions.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and motor?

C is a chassis code, don't know what one though. Try googling it.

Haynes is pretty useless BTW. Service books are your best bet for everything.

You sure it was a C0300? That code isn't listed in the service manual.

well it turns out to be a cam shaft sensor issue. i wanna pull it clean hit it with some electrical cleaner see if thats it. the sensor itself is only 30 bux. so i guess for it being the first issue with the vehicle its not so bad. i could still drive with the sensor trashed but i wanna get it taken care of sooner than later. i wounder if this is whats causing my car to shake while its in idle. not during gear shifts but just at idle and stop lights
