Engine rattle help!

Ok so my engine has been making strange noises ever since the cold weather, Ive noticed it starting at the end of summer too. I got into a little fender bender, thus why i have the bra on it untill the new bumper arrives. When ever im doing over 4000rpm It starts making a rattling/ somewhat ticking noise like I need oil. I have just brought it in for a oil change but nothing seemed to change..

Now I am starting to think that it may be a few other things, Could it be the lifters or a timing tensioner problem? Or maybe I could be a manifold problem or even my engine taking in to much air and Need to replace my intake?

I will read and appreciate all feedback, thank you I don't need to drop another 4g's into the car.
