Default FUELAB: An Online Introduction

Hello- my name is Josh, and as you might have guessed- I work for FUELAB. I am not here to sell, as we do not sell direct to the end user. However, I am here to answer any of your questions as well as provide tech support/troubleshooting services to those of you that are already using our products. I plan to contribute to the forum outside of threads that only involve FUELAB products. I am also going to help answer questions and troubleshoot problems that deal with fuel in general. I can be reached via PM or email- whichever you prefer. The idea is that by contributing to the message forums that many of our customers use, we will be able to provide better customer service and quicker answers to your questions. It also allows us to get closer to the end users of our products to better understand their needs.

As I said, I am here for customer service/tech support- not sales. We do not sell direct to the public. We are not a performance shop that sells many different kinds of items- engine parts, suspension parts, exterior parts, wheels/tires, etc. I have an account set up for the same purpose on several other forums and things seem to be going well. More manufacturers need to do things like this. It helps everyone involved- the end user, the vendors (I'd venture a guess that at least one of your supporting vendors has our products), as well as the manufacturer. It allows us to spot problems with the products as well as help the customer troubleshoot quickly and a little more directly. I am not going to continually post things, trying to push the brand. If someone has a problem with a FUELAB item, I am here to help. They can send me a PM or Email. As I am cruising the forum and I see someone that has a fuel related problem (my brand or not), I am going to offer advice on how to fix the problem if I believe I can help. I am NOT going to say- you should buy "this" or "that" FUELAB product. Additionally, if someone is already using a particular product and has a problem, the first thing he or she usually does, is go to whatever forum they frequent and do a search for their part/problem. In the case of a FUELAB product- someone might search the brand name and find this thread- which gives that person direct access to me to get the problem solved. That information is then public knowledge on the forum and could potentially help another person down the road that searches for answers to the same problem. With all of that said, please do not post questions which would involve my answers being viewed as a sales pitch or something of the sort. I am here to play by the rules as well as help with technical issues. In a sense, I am here to support your supporting vendors who carry our products.

I would also like to say “Thanks” to those of you that stopped by to see us last weekend at the PRI event. If I can be of any service, be sure to let me know.

That may be true- and when I see threads like that, I'll chime in to help out. However, there's surely several who have some pretty stout builds that may currently use our products or need them in the future- when that time comes, I am here.

Thank you.

I am being accepted with open arms on most forums. I just took a beating on a Corvette forum though. I posted the same intro that I did here and within about 10 minutes there were several replies......only I was being cussed at, called a spammer, and lastly- a reply saying I was banned from the forum. Ahh well- you win some and you lose some I guess.
