knocking noise in front end and it not the engine

i hit a pot hole today and my tire went flat. i put the spare on and now there's a knocking noise in the front end that i hear in on the driver side of the car.does any on e know with it could be?the sound gets louder 30mph and up. can anyone help figure it out?
