Smile Is this normal?

I just bought a 2010 Cobalt LS. There's 39,000 miles and the car is in great condition. I haven't had a new car in a while and Im not sure if what im feeling is normal for new cars or not.

Whenever I take my foot off the gas pedal, theres like a one second delay, and then it feels as if the car is being jolted to the back, VERY LIGHTLY... Im thinking that its just working to slow the car down quickly, as a safety measure, but Im not sure...

Sometimes when I feel it, I, wanting to describe it as air braking. But I've never rode anything with air brakes, that's just what Id expect...

Any have this or heard of it before?

Its the lower control arm bushing. Looks like a hockey puck with a hole in it. Also just have them check to see if your throttle body is dirty
