I even measured the inside of the lip and that was just about 18 so maybe thas how they measure ... Either way I got a really good deal on rims tires and mounting and balancing....

Yeah they are 18's lol all my paper work and emails say 18s but my tape measure said 19.5... Lol 225/40/18r
